President Truman on the rear platform of a Whistlestop train with others during a campaign swing through Sedalia, Missouri. Shown with him in this 11 X 14 signed photo are his personal physician, Dr. Wallace Graham, in uniform and others. The photo reads in Truman's own handwriting, "To Milton J. Hinlein From Harry S. Truman."
