President Harry S. Truman receiving a scrapbook, a gift from the pupils at the United States Naval Base school at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, from William Barrett, the twelve-year-old son of Chief Pharmacist's Mate P. W. Barrett. Truman visited the base during a vacation cruise of the area. All others are unidentified.
