President Harry S. Truman and President Romulo Gallegos of Venezuela and other unidentified dignitaries sitting on the reviewing platform, watching ceremonies marking the presence of President Truman in Bolivar, Missouri to dedicate a statue to Simon Bolivar. The presidential party is seen from the rear. President Truman (left) and President Gallegos (right) are seated in the first row of the reviewing box.
