President Truman dedicated a statue to Simon Bolivar in Bolivar. Seated in the second row, visible between President Truman and President Gallegos, is the Mayor of Bolivar, Missouri, Doyle C. McCraw. Seated slightly behind President Truman is the Governor of Missouri, Phil Donnelly.
