This is a photograph of a political cartoon by Jim Berryman of President Harry S. Truman, showing him with his hat and coat off laying on the ground. He is saying "Out of my way, mister....let me at 'im!" He is pushing Thomas Dewey out of the way in order to get at a man labeled "80th Congress." This cartoon was originally published in July 1948.
