Description
President Harry S. Truman presents Charles Ross II, the grandson of the White House Press Secretary, to newsmen. This happened shortly before President Truman's departure from Washington on his Eastern Campaign trip. Partly visible behind Mr. Truman is his Press Secretary, Charles Ross. Others are unidentified. From the scrapbooks of Matthew Connelly, Volume 4.
