President Harry S. Truman addresses a Labor Day Celebration in Detroit, Michigan. This is the left third of photo 63-1540, which has been enlarged. President Truman is standing at the podium, addressing the crowd, with numerous rows of people seating on the grandstand behind him. Reporters and others are seated at desks on the ground in front of the grandstand, and some police officers are standing just below President Truman.
