President Harry S. Truman receiving a large firecracker with his initials on it, from 3 1/2 year old Michael Dene Condatore. E.F. Harloff, Publicity Chairman, America's Cavalcade of Freedom, 1947, accompanied the youngster. They are presenting President Truman with a ticket to Washington, D. C.'s Fourth of July fireworks display.
