Description
Radioman "Kelly" Havard (far right) helps distribute foul weather gear to stranded Thai sailors from the HMTS Prasae. The gear was delivered by a helicopter from the USS Philippine Sea, seen in the background, piloted by Chief Aviator D. W. Thorin. All others are unidentified.
