President Harry S. Truman walks with a large group back to his train to leave Chicago, Illinois during his non-political train tour of northwest, west, and southwest United States. Illinois Senator Scott W. Lucas is behind, left of President Truman. Chicago Mayor Martin Kennelly is on the right. All others are unidentified.
