Part of the USS Manchester's officers, crew members, and their guests gather on the fantail of the ship to see the show put on by a Hollywood troupe, who met the Manchester on her return to her home port of Long Beach, California, after nearly a year of combat operation with United Nations Naval Forces in the Korean War. All are unidentified.
