Also pictured, front row: President Harry S. Truman (left); Italian Prime Minister Alcide De Gasperi (third from right); and Secretary of the Interior Oscar Chapman (right). Seated in the second row of chairs on the left are Special Assistant to the President Averell Harriman, General Wallace Graham (partly obscured by post), General Robert Landry, and General Harry Vaughan.
