President Harry S. Truman speaks to a crowd from the rear platform of a train at Hammond or Gary, Indiana, a stop on his West Coast trip. (Same as 59-335.) Congressman Ray Madden of Indiana appears on the left. From: Naval Photo Center, sent to the Truman Library by the National Archives. Original 4x5 negative.
