U.S. Forest Chief Lyle F. Watts, center with billed cap, and unidentified others in a in Cooperator Walton's experimental "Stephens Plantation" of 127 acres planted 15 feet by 15 feet with native slash pine stock in the Spring of 1936 in Cordele, Georgia. See also photo 2009- 3626.
