Description

Surrounded by photographers and reporters, President Harry S. Truman (center) holds a special news conference on the lawn of the Seignory Club at Monte-Bello, Ontario, Canada. At right is U.S. Ambassador to Canada, Ray Atherton, and on the left is the Chief of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. The others are unidentified.
