A short educational film, utilizing footage from the series "Decision: The Conflicts of Harry S. Truman," that deals with the end of World War II, the Potsdam Conference, the Truman Doctrine, the Marshall Plan, the Berlin Airlift, and the formation of NATO. The film includes segments of former President Truman talking about his decisions.
