Description

Scenes at the dedication of the Reserve Officers Association fountains at the Harry S. Truman Library. The 312th US Army Band, the only all-woman band in the Army Reserves, makes its debut at this ceremony. Footage shows the fountains flanking the main entry of the Library, and a brief graveside service in the Library's courtyard. [Note: Due to maintenance problems, the ROA Fountains were removed in the 1990s.]
