Stories include the Army Navy football game, the Republicans taking over Congress after the 1946 elections, Truman's speech to Congress (January 6, 1947), and Truman meeting with his cabinet. Portions of this film are copyrighted by their respective newsreel creators, but two portions produced by Universal Newsreel are in the public domain.
