Outtakes of an interview with William P. Higabotham, a reporter with Movietone News, about his reminiscences of Mr. Truman during the 1920s and 1930s. This interview was not used in the finished documentary Portraits of Power (MP59-12-1 through 59-12-3).
SD-quality copies of already digitized motion pictures are available for $20, and HD-quality copies of already digitized motion pictures are $50. Copies of motion pictures not already digitized will incur additional costs.
