Footage from the William M. Rigdon collection at Georgia Southern University, who retained the original films; Commander Rigdon was President Truman's Naval Aide. This film concerns President Franklin D. Roosevelt's trip to Egypt, Iran, and Malta. Winston Churchill is seen in the film.
