Footage from the William M. Rigdon collection at Georgia Southern University, who retained the original films. This film deals with the visit of President Franklin D. Roosevelt to "Hobcaw", the home of Bernard M. Baruch near Georgetown, South Carolina. President Roosevelt is not seen in this film, though surrounding scenery and the grounds of Hobcaw are filmed.
