Footage from the William M. Rigdon collection at Georgia Southern University, who retained the original films; William M. Rigdon was President Truman's Naval Aide. This film shows President Harry S. Truman's visit to Mexico, including the arrival at Mexico City, the visit to a volcano and pyramid, and the departure and arrival in Waco, Texas.
