Footage from the William M. Rigdon collection at Georgia Southern University, who retained the original films. This film shows a group of men and women visiting sites in Washington, D. C., then visiting Shangri-La, now known as Camp David. Commander William M. Rigdon was President Truman's Naval Aide.
