Former President Truman tours the Harry S. Truman Library before it is opened and examines artifacts; it is similar to footage in MP2005-17. Harry S. Truman and his brother Vivian attend the dedication of a Masonic Hall in Belton, Missouri on April 10, 1963. There is a soundtrack at the end with no matching footage of an unrelated news interview with Randall Jessee and Kansas City Police Chief Bernard Brannon.

Mr. Truman examines artifacts in storage including a piano, a portrait of his mother, his Battery D guidon, the Bible used when he took his oath of office, a statuette of the Iwo Jima flag raisers, a beam from the White House, a photo of an atomic explosion, and a ceremonial trowel.
