Description

A United States Geological Survey map titled "Alaska, Map A." The pocket map shows cities, towns, railroads, principal highways, glaciers, rivers, mountain peaks and ranges, elevations, harbors, lakes, salt water passages, national parks, monuments, and other details. A map cover, glued to the map, gives a brief history of Alaska and details the benefits of reading "The Alaska Sportsman." Handwriting on the back reads: "P.P.F.-1484, Ltr: 11-4-50."
