    Harry S. Truman is seated at a desk, speaking of military leaders. He says that in every war there is one who thinks he's bigger than the President. Mr. Truman answers off- screen questions (that are barely audible). He speaks of General MacArthur, but doesn't say his name, and mentions "it didn’t help the situation in Korea." He also mentions Abraham Lincoln nd his generals. "I had to get rid of him, and I did."
