0:00   Harry S. Truman is talking, seated at a desk, about civil rights. He says "it was brought about by a bigoted minority." After a time of war, it is difficult to get people to go back to normal. Law enforcement authority has no value unless people are behind it. He says "I have experience with people" and speaks of his experience in the Senate, White House, and county government.
