    "In the 1948 election, I was reelected . . . in spite of the fact that I asked for a civil rights bills, recognized Israel, and . . ." (he laughs and says "what else did I do?") "and demanding integration of the armed forces." He then says "I didn’t do any good on that at all."
    There is off-screen direction telling him to say again the three things he did.
    Mr. Truman then recites the three things previously mentioned.
