0:00   Voice of Samuel Rosenman describing British treatment of Nazi Prisoners of War, saying the British wanted to treat it as a political matter, to shoot them and announce it after it had been done.
1:00   Questions by another man’s low voice about when this happened Mr. Rosenman says this was March, 1945, and mentions Winston Churchill was the Prime Minister and Anthony Eden was the foreign minister.
2:00   Mr. Rosenman prepared a report for President Truman on how to treat war criminals. He mentions a previous report for Franklin D. Roosevelt. Mr. Rosenman speaks of Prime Minister Churchill “brainwashing” his colleagues because they all agreed with Churchill on the subject.This was probably prepared for use in MP80-3, “Execution Without Trial.”
