Commander Canty has charge of amputees in hospital in Oakland.
The four boys are all Marine amputees from Oakland hospital
and have been brought here for an Advisory committee on
Artificial Limbs Meeting of the National Research Council.
The boys will demonstrate artificial limbs at that meeting.)
