ers to advise with you and Housing Administrator Foley
in capacity of housing consultant. * * * I would welcome
opportunity to discuss this matter with you personally at

Conference of the United States
(This organization meets annually; the Chief Justice is
chairman, ex officio. The President received this group
last year. Group consists of the Chief Justices of the
ten Judicial Courts and, of course, the Attorney General
and Solicitor General. The Chief Justice re-
quested that the President receive them.) The following
