commemorate 400th anniversary of the death of Martin
Luther, and their Publicity Bureau, a national organization
serving all Synods of the Lutheran Church, has prepared a
special anniversary poster stamp, first issue of which they
wish to present to the President. A few years ago they
celebrated birth of Martin Luther and presented a first
issue poster stamp commemorating his birth, to President
Roosevelt. Senator Johnson made the request.)
