winter and Gen. Arnold will deliver illustrated address
"Our Army Defenses." At this time the Society will honor
Arnold by conferring upon him its Hubbard Medal for his
achievements in field of aviation from 1911 to 1945.
They asked the President to attend and present medal, but
were told it would have to be done in Executive Office.)
