Legends Coming To Life - Handout

Have you ever imagined that you were a person of importance in a time long ago? Here is a chance to jump back in history and place yourself in some explosive action. As a class we are going to watch a very graphic film on World War II. At the end of the film you are going to select a picture from our Timeline Picture Wall. You will be doing research on the picture during class time. You will then be expected to write an essay from the first person standpoint. You will write as if you were yourself part of the picture as it happened. Your grade will be based on research, accuracy, and creativity.

Have fun with this!

Day One - Film
Day Two - Research
Day Three - Computer Lab
Day Four - Class Presentations
