Memorandum of conversation, dated July 3, 1950, by Philip C. Jessup summarizing a meeting among the President, the Senate Majority Leader and various departmental secretaries and advisors at Blair House. The conversation covered the possibility of the President going before Congress to make a report on the Korean situation and of Congress offering a Joint Resolution expressing approval of the action taken in Korea.
