One of President Truman's most important decisions came in 1948. The
decision involved what was then called West Berlin, Germany. A wrong
decision could have launched World War III. Doing nothing would have led
to the people of West Berlin losing their freedom and laying the rest of
Europe open to further Communist aggression. Come along and pretend that
you are President Truman. Decide what you would have done in this dramatic
situation.
