The Truman Farmhouse in Cass County

When Truman was two years old, he lived four and one-half miles southeast of Belton. His brother Vivian was born in the house in 1886. On June 13, 1971, the Cass County Historical Society erected a marker near the front of the house noting that it was once the home of the former president.
