   Mr. Clarence Johnson wrote us the following:

	The picture below was in my scrapbook, and dates back to 1948 when I was attending Winona State University. I lived in Nelson, WI, at the time, and I used to hitch-hike home to Nelson, and it was easy and safe to get a ride.
