Interview: Thoughts About Truman

We learned about life in 1948 and thoughts on Harry Truman from an interview with Bo's grandparents. Life in 1948 was remembered as one of a better way of living and lower prices. His grandfather voted for Truman because he was a fair man and he ended World War II. The decision to drop the bomb was a very difficult one, but one that he believed had to be made to save American lives.

History has proven that Harry S. Truman was a great President, but more importantly he was a great man.
