and discussed a variety of secondary souces to gain insight to all forms of

while Ryan is recording his findings.

showed a number of Truman items including eyeglasses and a scrapbook of
pictures from Harry S Truman's early life.

After we opened the trunk and investigated our Truman "artifacts", we
began to discuss leadership. We talked about the traits of a good leader
and how there reflected on Truman's leadership. Here is Matthew holding

chart that includes our leadership attributes. Once we discussed these
traits, the students began to find trivia facts that would related to
Truman's leadership qualities. The following daily facts will relate to
Truman's self-discipline, his inner-drive to do his best, his loyalty to
his family, and to many other leadership traits.
