Farm, Lenexa, Kansas
An Investment Property

Truman traded his interest in an apartment building on Bell Street in Kansas City for this farm in July 1921. In October 1922, he pledged the farm as collateral for a $6800 loan for his haberdashery, Truman & Jacobson. His equity in the farm was wiped out in a forced sale in 1924.

The farm sits at 91st Street and Mize Road, near the intersection of K7 and K10 in Lenexa, Kansas.
