3932-34 Bell Street Apartment Building
An Investment Property

Truman acquired this property, in partnership with a real estate broker, in late March 1921, apparently purchasing it with the proceeds from his house at 3404 Karnes Boulevard. He kept the property for only a few months, then traded it for a farm in what is now Lenexa, Kansas.

The Apartment Building is located about 4 miles south and west of downtown Kansas City.
