Truman lived here for about six monthes in 1902 and 1903. "...It was a cute house," Truman's sister, Mary Jane, remembered. "I kind of liked it... It's an old, old house... We only lived there six months and then moved to Kansas City." (Mary Jane Truman oral history interview.)
