Executive Orders:  [9803 CREATING AN EMERGENCY BOARD TO INVESTIGATE THE DISPUTE BETWEEN THE LEIGH VALLEY RAILROAD COMPANY AND CERTAIN OF ITS EMPLOYEES]
9:30 am The President arrived in Annapolis and made a
tour of the Naval Academy. He reviewed the Corps
of Midshipmen, and attended a football game between
Navy and Penn State. Immediately after the game,
the President attended the reception in his honor
at the Superintendent's quarters, after which he
departed by motor for Washington.
6:15 pm Arrived at the White House
6:55 pm Left White House for the Statler Hotel where he
attended the White House Photographers Dinner.
11:00 pm Returned to the White House.
